About Me.
My name is Monique L. McIntosh, and I am a dedicated educator, leader, and woman of faith originally from Brunswick, Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in education—including the past six years in Polk County—I’ve been blessed to make a lasting impact on students, families, and communities.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University, a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Albany State University.
In 2015, my passion for educational excellence and community development led me to establish AGAPE Learning Center, Inc. in Arlington, Georgia, where my husband and I pastored and served for 10 years. In 2018, we made Rockmart, Georgia our new home.
I am a proud mother of four and grandmother to 17 amazing grandchildren. I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Samuel L. McIntosh, for 34 beautiful years and counting. Through it all, I remain committed to faith, family, and the transformative power of education.
I believe that every child is a unique individual who deserves a secure, caring, and stimulating environment to grow emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. As an educator, my greatest desire is to help students reach their full potential in every area of life.
My personal motto is: “Nurturing the Greatness Within!”
